Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Behavox Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 09066452), registered office 29 Albert Embankment, London, England, SE1 7GR ("we") for your use of Conductor (conductor.gigatokens.ai). By signing in you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

01The service

Conductor gives you workspaces ("Conductors") where AI agents work for you: they talk with you, run tools, and act in the services you connect. Each Conductor runs in its own cloud environment. Conductor is currently available by invitation, and we may change or stop features as the product develops.

02Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.
• Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your agents do with the permissions you give them.
• The owner of a Conductor decides who else may use it and at what level.

03Acceptable use

Don't use Conductor, or let your agents be used, to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
• send spam, run fraud or phishing, or produce malware;
• attack, probe or overload Conductor or anyone else's systems, or get around our limits and security controls;
• access accounts or data you aren't authorised to use;
• break the usage policies of the AI model providers or the terms of the services you connect.

04Your content and AI output

What you put into Conductor, and what your agents produce for you, is yours. You let us host, process and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you. AI output can be wrong or incomplete: review it before you rely on it, and check what your agents are allowed to do in the services you connect.

05Free credit and billing

• Your first Conductor without a card includes a one-time $30 credit, which also covers its idle running cost. When it's used up the Conductor is paused; if no card is added within the grace period shown in your account, it's removed.
• Conductors created with a card on file have no credit and are billed from the start, up to each workspace's monthly limit, which its owner and admins control.
• The owner pays for AI model usage at our published rates plus the cloud infrastructure the Conductor runs, which costs money even when idle. Adding a card means accepting our Billing Terms, which set out how and when you are charged, the monthly limits you control, and how charges stop.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and other taxes, which are charged where applicable under Behavox Ltd's registration. Stripe processes payments.

06Suspension and removal

• If a charge fails we retry, and we may pause a Conductor's agents until it is paid.
• We may suspend or remove a Conductor, or your access, if you break these terms, if your use puts others or the service at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first.
• You can delete a Conductor at any time from your account page. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; the Conductor is removed within 24 hours.

07Liability

Conductor is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

08Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; we will tell you in Conductor before a material change takes effect, and continuing to use Conductor after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of London, England have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: legal@behavox.com.
